Mai Thai Coffee is cultivated in the highlands of Northern Thailand. Ideal climate, altitude and soil conditions as well as a meticulous picking and processing system attribute to the rich but mellow taste of Mai Thai Coffee.

Each farm is developed using organic farming techniques. Coffee plants are nestled among macadamia, palms and other local trees providing the shade necessary for the highest grade coffee.

Villages across northern Thailand are being required by the Thai Government to restrict their land use. Primitive slash and burn cultivation methods used for centuries by the villagers are no longer permitted. The Royal Forestry Department of Thailand looks favorably on coffee cultivation in the highlands as it eliminates erosion and helps restore the essential watersheds. Coffee cultivation is helping villagers to earn their livelihood on less land.

Mai Thai Coffee is a cooperative effort developed with care from the farmer to the consumer to the children that benefit from the project.

The best beans we have to offer are blended together for an excellent aroma and smooth taste.

This medium roasted coffee has medium body with low acidity. It is creamy, fragrant and fruity with chocolate-like undertones and leaves an almond residual taste.

A mingling of smoke & dark chocolate makes for a pleasant aroma. The dark chocolate fruit notes come through in the finish.

A traditional blend of light and dark roasted coffees; featuring a golden crema and a rich winy taste.
